Vertigenius™ has successfully raised €2.55 million (approximately $3 million), marking a key milestone in the company’s growth and expansion plans.
The investment follows the company’s entry into the United States market in late 2025, after achieving FDA registration. Since launch, the platform has already been adopted by clinics across 13 states, supporting thousands of patients through data-led vestibular rehabilitation.
Vertigenius™ funding round: Supporting Expansion in the United States
The funding will support continued expansion across the US, a major market for vestibular care with significant demand for scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Vertigenius™ began its US rollout in October 2025 and is already in use in around 20 clinics across 13 states, with over 3,000 patients treated to date.
With an estimated market opportunity exceeding €3 billion and a network of over 5,000 clinics, the US represents a key focus area for the company’s growth strategy.
Backed by Leading Investors
The funding round was led by Atlantic Bridge, with support from Enterprise Ireland, MedTech Syndicate, IRRUS Investments, Xcendra Ventures, Ascentifi, and other partners.
This continued investment reflects strong confidence in Vertigenius’ platform and its ability to address gaps in vestibular rehabilitation through data-led care.
Advancing Data-Led Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vertigenius™ is focused on improving how vestibular rehabilitation is delivered by enabling clinicians to monitor patient progress using real-time movement data.
The platform combines a wearable head sensor, patient app, and clinician portal, allowing patients to complete prescribed exercises at home while clinicians track performance and adjust treatment remotely.
This approach helps bridge the gap between in-clinic sessions and at-home rehabilitation, providing greater visibility into adherence and performance throughout the recovery process.
Building Teams and Expanding Globally
The newly secured funding will also support hiring across key areas, including commercial operations in the US and research, development, and regulatory functions at the company’s Irish headquarters.
Looking ahead, Vertigenius™ has outlined plans to expand further into Europe and explore additional global markets as it continues to scale its platform internationally.
A Milestone for Growth
This funding round marks an important step forward for Vertigenius™ as it continues to scale its presence in the US and beyond.
With growing adoption, strong investor backing, and a focus on measurable, data-led care, the company is positioned to expand access to vestibular rehabilitation and support more connected, consistent patient care. The Vertigenius™ funding round marks a key step in scaling access to vestibular rehabilitation globally.
