Lisa Brekke, PT, DPT, NCS, CBIS is a board-certified neurologic physical therapist specializing in complex dizziness, vestibular disorders, migraine, concussion, and autonomic regulation. As the founder of Brekke Rehab Consulting and Brekke Rehab, Lisa provides individualized patient evaluations, rehabilitation, clinical consultation, and provider mentoring and education.

She is also a co-founder and host of the Iowa Vestibular Symposium, an annual continuing education event bringing together clinicians to advance knowledge in vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation. Her approach integrates vestibular, neurologic, cervical, visual, and autonomic considerations to address complex presentations.
