Aoife graduated from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2003. She worked in Tallaght Hospital for 10 years before moving to take up a senior position in Blackrock Clinic musculoskeletal outpatient department. Aoife has a Masters in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UCD which was completed in 2014.

Aoife is a clinical specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with an expertise in headaches, bone health and vestibular rehabilitation. Other areas of interest include neck pain, acute and persistent back pain, rheumatology conditions, orthotics, dry needling and Pilates.
